Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Expert to provide financial guidance and support to our organization.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, reconciliations, accounts receivable, payable, and payroll using accounting software.
  • They will also be expected to compile, analyze, and report financial data, creating periodic reports such as balance sheets and profit & loss statements.
  • In addition, they will present data to management, maintain accurate financial records, perform audits, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Furthermore, the Financial Expert will assist management in decision-making by preparing budgets and financial forecasts.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA) or a related field.
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping software and experience with QuickBooks or MYOB.
  • At least one year of US Payroll experience and working remotely as an accountant.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Understanding of mathematics and accounting, and financial processes.

Working Conditions

Available to work independently and as part of a team. Must be able to work initially for 15-20 hours a week following EST Timezone (or depending on business needs).
