Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Enthusiasts Group Inc. (Antonio's @ PGA). The successful candidate will be responsible for leading operational activities, managing teams, and ensuring the efficient use of resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operational Efficiency:
  • Streamline processes and workflows to maximize productivity and reduce costs.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize performance.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for optimization.
Team Management:
  • Lead, motivate, and supervise teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.
  • Manage employee performance and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
Resource Management:
  • Oversee inventory, supply chain, and resource allocation to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Manage budgets and control expenses to ensure financial sustainability.
  • Ensure the efficient use of equipment and facilities to minimize waste and optimize productivity.
Quality Control:
  • Develop and implement quality assurance protocols to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Maintain high-quality products or services that meet customer expectations.
  • Monitor and address any quality issues promptly to prevent recurrence.
Strategic Planning:
  • Contribute to the development of operational strategies that align with business goals.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes.
