We're seeking a talented AI Developer to join our team in building cutting-edge intelligent systems.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing production-grade AI solutions that blend state-of-the-art LLM-based agentic workflows with conventional machine learning. This role involves developing innovative software that empowers collections teams worldwide.

You'll work on powering next-generation credit-risk, early-warning, and digital collections capabilities inside our EXUS Financial Suite (EFS). The successful candidate will have the opportunity to collaborate in hybrid mode at our offices alongside cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and implementing AI-powered features that drive business growth and improvement.
  • Developing production-grade AI solutions that combine LLM-based agentic workflows with conventional machine learning.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative software solutions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related STEM field (MSc/PhD a plus).
  • At least 3 years of experience building ML/AI solutions, including hands-on work with LLMs or Generative AI in production.
  • Experience in financial services, credit risk, or banking is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Python, with a strong understanding of async handling, dependency management, and testing practices.
  • Familiarity with GenAI coding assistants and LLM fine-tuning methods such as Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT) and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF).
  • Experience with ML/DL frameworks such as scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
  • Familiarity with MLOps and observability tools for managing lifecycles and monitoring models end-to-end.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Additionally, knowledge of cloud-native development on AWS, Azure, or GCP can be advantageous in this role.
