Supply Chain Optimization Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to support and enhance the entire supply chain process. This role demands strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • The successful candidate will perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement within inventory management, production planning, and demand management.
  • They will prepare comprehensive reports and scenario planning to anticipate and mitigate risks, providing valuable insights that inform both short-term and long-term operational decisions.
Responsibilities:

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional supply chain teams to support daily operations and improve process efficiency. You will maintain and develop detailed reports across planning activities, inventory levels, and key supply chain metrics to support informed decision-making. By analyzing operational data, you will identify trends, highlight areas for improvement, and recommend cost-saving measures that enhance overall supply chain performance.

  • Data & Reporting: Maintain and configure master data to ensure accuracy and operational alignment. Oversee settings and create reports with actionable insights, meeting all departmental requirements.
  • Planning & Process Execution: Manage reporting and analysis to identify improvement areas, conduct weekly planning, generate manufacturing batch orders, analyze inventory constraints, propose mitigation strategies, and support planning process refinement through data-driven insights.
  • Performance Measurement: Input into and adhere to reporting processes, generate insights through in-depth analysis, ensure service levels are maintained or exceeded, and apply a strong understanding of business operations to influence value-driven decision-making.
  • Relationships & Behavior: Understand the full supply chain value, prioritize workload, escalate timely decisions, build strong internal relationships, demonstrate understanding of end-to-end supply chain value while managing priorities effectively, set clear expectations, meet deadlines through accountability, handle challenges constructively, and actively seek ways to close process gaps and improve efficiency.
