  • Collaborate with the property management team to ensure seamless operations and high tenant satisfaction
  • Present detailed reports and analysis to inform business decisions
  • Lead and mentor a team of leasing professionals

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in commercial real estate, with a successful track record in office leasing
  • In-depth knowledge of the Metro Manila commercial real estate market and relevant regulations
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify opportunities and drive business growth
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively to achieve business goals
  • Proficient in using real estate software and data analysis tools
