The primary focus of this role is to deliver exceptional customer service while working collaboratively with internal teams to meet operational objectives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert travel solutions to clients using GDS Tools - Sabre/Amadeus or handling international travel accounts that utilize these tools.
  • Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 1-3 years' experience in a user-facing or back-of-house airline industry or travel agency role.
  • Proven expertise with GDS Tools - Sabre/Amadeus or experience handling CCEs for international travel accounts that use these tools.
  • Prioritizing B2+ Aspiring Minds CEFR language skills with a Basic Analytical Ability Score of 21.
