Job Title: Real Estate Sales Development and Admin Assistant

This role focuses on outbound calls, appointment setting, and social media posting to drive business growth in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided scripts and CRM system.
  • Schedule appointments and qualify leads through effective phone communication.
  • Follow up with existing contacts and maintain relationships.
  • Update and maintain CRM database with accurate client information.
  • Post content on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
  • Execute follow-up email communications using provided templates.
  • Track and document all client interactions in the CRM system.
Scope of Work:
  • Focus on outbound calls and appointment setting.
  • Limited social media posting (1-2 times per week).
  • No inbound call handling required.
  • All work performed through client's CRM and systems.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Strong English communication skills, especially over the phone.
  • Experience in real estate sales/appointment setting.
  • Ability to handle objections and qualify leads.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
  • Experience with social media posting and scheduling (content ready).
  • Professional and pleasant personality.
  • Ability to work independently and follow processes.
