We're seeking a Brand Manager to lead Amazon account growth and oversee onboarding from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of brand milestones (30/60/90 days)
  • Clients are prioritized with timely communication, performance reviews, and insights
  • Internal team coordination for seamless progress (SEO, Design, Ads)
  • Proactive issue resolution through Amazon Assist Desk and regular audits
  • Maintaining SOPs for efficient onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Contribution to quarterly case studies and internal updates
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years in Amazon Seller Central (PPC, flat files, SEO, etc.)
  • 2+ years in client/account management (agency preferred)
  • Effective communicator and proactive problem-solver
  • Familiarity with ClickUp, Slack, Zoom or willingness to learn
  • Able to work under pressure and deliver results reliably
