Leadership Position Overview

This is a pivotal leadership role within the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) team, responsible for the management and development of supervisors and operational management associated with day-to-day contact center operations. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, strong supervisory experience, and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Sales Supervisors and oversee quality, production, and hours.
  • Assist with implementation of strategic sales plans to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Manage metrics, performance criteria, policies, and procedures to continuously improve call center productivity.
Candidate Qualifications
  • Associate's degree and/or relevant work experience.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong supervisory experience including staff development.

The successful candidate will understand the high growth objectives of Mass Markets and possess leadership, creative thinking, and dedication to people. They must be able to professionally represent Mass Markets internally and client-facing.
