  1. Develop strong working relationships with senior management and identify follow-on project opportunities.
  2. Plan and estimate delivery work with an Agile approach, focusing on project milestones, resource planning, scope, budget, risk identification, and mitigation planning.
  3. Communicate project status to clients, resolve issues proactively, and make recommendations for resolution to ensure project success.
  4. Manage project ideation, gather high-level business requirements, define detailed requirements and processes into epics and stories.
  5. Interact with clients for business justification, funding, scope, and timeline.
  6. Contribute to the ongoing development of solution/program offering approaches, methodologies, techniques, business development tools, and growing resources.
  7. Manage client relationships and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  8. Act as Scrum Master overseeing daily standups, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives, etc.
  9. Help develop and maintain core team processes.
  10. Prepare roadmap reports for projects to both team members and clients.

Requirements:
