Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our web and mobile applications.

Your primary focus will be on owning end-to-end QA processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and designing comprehensive test plans. You will also conduct functional, regression, exploratory, smoke, and UI/UX testing, validate release candidates, and approve production deployments.

You will work closely with our development teams to identify, document, and track bugs using our internal tools. Additionally, you will build automated test scripts, develop and maintain testing environments and data, and maintain traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in manual and automated QA for web and/or mobile apps
  • Proven ownership of release testing cycles in high-frequency development environments
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, TestRail, Playwright, BrowserStack, Postman, etc.
  • Comfortable working across time zones, with partial overlap with Sydney business hours
  • Strong English communication (written and verbal) and proactive documentation habits
  • Autonomous, self-directed, and rigorous - you will be our quality standard-bearer
