Job Opportunity: Accountant

We seek a skilled professional to fill the role of Staff Accountant in our organization. This is a full-time remote position that requires strong accounting skills and financial knowledge.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with monthly financial close and related tasks
  • Analyze and reconcile client accounts
  • Manage client accounts receivable and payable
  • Communicate with tax agencies on behalf of clients
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues
  • Provide analytical support for various projects
  • Evaluate tasks against quality standards
  • Identify potential issues and communicate with clients and managers
  • Deliver excellent client service
Requirements:Professional Knowledge:
  • At least 3 years of experience in professional accounting
  • Proficiency in invoicing, accounts receivable management, and collections
  • Experience with accounts payable entries and issue resolution
  • Strong account reconciliation skills, including accruals and prepaid expense analysis
  • Proficiency in web-based accounting software applications
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical skills

  • Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering results
  • Self-motivated individual with strong organizational skills

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or relevant work experience
