Job Description:

The AP Invoicing and Payment Coordinator will be responsible for performing daily accounts payable invoicing and payment tasks, including obtaining and/or verifying approvals, journalizing, payment preparation, and ensuring compliance with approval matrix and related policies for all invoicing and payment transactions.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Perform daily accounts payable invoicing and payment tasks
  2. Obtain and/or verify approvals, journalize, and prepare payments
  3. Follow-up with Supply Chain on invoice matching and reconciliation
  4. Check, validate, and post accounts payable and adjusting entries (includes all AP types)
Essential Skills:
  • At least 3 years of experience in different areas of Finance and Accounting like Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Experienced Finance professional
