You are a detail-oriented and organized individual who excels in managing merchandise administration, including purchase orders, stock-keeping units, barcoding, pricing, and allocations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire merchandise lifecycle, from purchasing to stocking and replenishment
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure timely deliveries and high-quality products
  • Ensure accurate inventory management through regular stocktakes, variance reporting, and adjustments
  • Prepare and present sales reports, work-in-progress listings, and forecasting spreadsheets to support business decisions
  • Support merchandise planning and manage product listings on third-party marketplaces such as Amazon and eBay
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a comparable retail business environment
  • Hands-on experience working with e-commerce platforms like Shopify
  • Strong analytical skills in Excel for data analysis, reporting, and trend identification
  • Knowledge of retail point-of-sale systems and their operational procedures
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
