Overview

Graphic Designer Role

Highly skilled Graphic Designers are required to create visually compelling and brand-aligned artwork across digital and print platforms to support our medical aesthetics portfolio.

This role plays a critical part in executing marketing campaigns, elevating brand presence, and ensuring consistent, high-quality design across all client-facing materials.

The designer will also support the marketing needs of various offices across the region, ensuring regional alignment and timely delivery of creative assets.

  • Design and produce marketing assets including brochures, social media posts, digital banners, posters, packaging, and event materials.
  • Develop creative concepts and visual layouts that align with our brand's aesthetics and campaign goals.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing, sales, and clinical teams to translate key messages into engaging visuals.
  • Support the creation of clinic-facing and consumer-facing materials, ensuring clarity and visual appeal.
  • Maintain consistency in branding across all touchpoints and ensure all artwork complies with brand guidelines.
  • Assist in the development of presentation decks, infographics, and video thumbnails.
  • Stay updated with industry trends in aesthetics and design to keep creative output fresh and relevant.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for print production or special projects when needed.
  • Organise and maintain a design asset library for internal reference and use.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative discussions for campaigns and new product launches.
  • Provide design support to various offices across the region, ensuring localisation and consistency of marketing materials.
Key Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a graphic design role, preferably in aesthetics, beauty, healthcare, or lifestyle industries.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and basic video editing tools.
  • Strong eye for detail, layout, colour, and typography.
  • Portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, particularly in digital and print formats.
  • Excellent time management and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to take creative feedback positively.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Familiarity with social media trends and platform requirements is a plus.
  • Comfortable working across time zones to support different markets within the region.
