About the Role

As the D365 CRM Technical Head, you will collaborate extensively with certified experts on technical delivery services teams. Your responsibilities will include program leadership, resource planning, and ensuring program profitability while implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a trusted adviser and Business Applications program delivery management SME to clients in implementation and support projects.
  • Responsible for delivering the required outcomes from the program delivery, from mobilization and initiation to execution and closure.
  • Planning and designing the program and proactively monitoring its overall progress, resolving issues, and initiating corrective action as appropriate.
  • Defining the program's organization and internal governance framework.

Key Requirements:

  • Manage complex SaaS-based business applications, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/ERP, in the banking/financial services sector.
  • Lead full lifecycle implementations for these platforms.
  • Handle multiple concurrent projects with geographically dispersed consulting teams.
  • Act as a Business Consultant with deep expertise in one or more areas of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/ERP.
  • Ensure solutions are tailored to meet project objectives and maximize value.
