The role involves implementing and optimizing D365 Sales and Services Analytics functionality as well as managing user access within D365. This includes key responsibilities such as delivery of projects and continuous improvement initiatives, development and execution of test plans for unit, functional and regression testing, level 3 production support of critical incidents when required, approving, provisioning, resetting or terminating user's access to D365 system, initiating D365 and other systems access revalidation process, attending to tickets and D365 Security issues by performing root cause analysis and resolution, generating and analyzing reports for SOD analysis, access revalidation activities, access monitoring, errors monitoring and audit compliance, preparing BDO walkthroughs and audit request, CI effort related to D365 User setup per workstream, participating in testing activity, documentation of process, and performing other tasks as assigned by the manager or Process Lead.

Key Requirements

  • Knowledgeable on D365, Power BI or any Business Intelligence reporting tool
  • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audience
  • Good analytical (root cause analysis) and problem-solving skills
  • Personal Credibility: Able to work in a cross-functional team with diverse background, ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize items to complete tasks efficiently and within expected timelines, effective English language skills, verbal and written communications, effective training and work session facilitation capabilities, uses appropriate confidentiality, able to disseminate information appropriately

Education and Experience

  • BS degree in Accounting, Engineering, Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum two years either in Finance, Sales, and Services within or outside of Lexmark
  • Experience in D365 Sales and Services processes is a plus
  • Willing to work on EMEA shift
