Job Description

We provide managed solutions with a strategic consulting approach tailored for emerging pharma and biotech organizations. Our client base demands the best, and we strive to meet those expectations.

This role involves the management of client security systems including endpoint protection anti-virus email security log aggregation SIEM solutions network security systems identity threat protection dark web protection data loss prevention vulnerability scanners. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining these systems ensuring they are up-to-date and running optimally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to and manage security incidents including incident investigations malware detections zero-day vulnerabilities. This may involve collaborating with our team to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Monitor and research evolving security threats providing detailed analysis for security communication with clients. We believe in transparency and keeping our clients informed about potential risks and threats.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their specific security needs and provide recommendations for improving security posture and adhering to compliance standards. This may involve conducting security maturity assessments to gauge the effectiveness of current security measures.
  • Assist clients with the implementation and maintenance of security solutions ensuring seamless integration into existing infrastructure.
  • Perform security maturity and posture assessments against client environments identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Day-to-day tasks
  • Monitor and maintain client security systems.
  • Respond to security alerts and perform remediation actions to mitigate or eliminate security threats. Our goal is to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
  • Analyze vulnerability scans and reports to provide remediation plans to clients. We believe in proactive security measures rather than reactive ones.
  • Research new security trends and keep up-to-date on security best practices staying ahead of emerging threats.
  • Work with clients to develop and implement security policies and procedures that meet their specific security needs. Customized solutions are key to our success.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and SOC standards. Our reputation depends on it.
  • Provide regular security reports to clients and assist with security audits as needed. Transparency is essential in building trust with our clients.
