About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity to support the creation and delivery of exceptional learning experiences.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop effective learning resources, activities, and assessments in various educational contexts.
  • Collaborate with internal staff to co-design and create innovative learning experiences.
  • Support the team's work with external stakeholders to ensure alignment with client requirements and expectations.
  • Work independently or as part of a distributed team using collaboration and project management tools.
  • Produce high-quality student-facing material aligned to relevant qualifications frameworks and industry standards.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree with experience working in the education sector.
  • Knowledge of designing human-centred learning experiences by applying learning theories, assessment standards, pedagogical practices, and educational technologies.
  • High-level problem-solving skills and adaptability using a design thinking approach.
  • Experience with digital education technologies in curriculum design, including learning management systems, audio-visual and interactive media.
  • Ability to exercise initiative and autonomy while prioritizing continuous learning and development.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining relationships with staff, students, and external stakeholders.
  • Capacity to leverage online communication tools to achieve outstanding results.
