Job Description Overview

We are looking for an experienced Equipment Reliability Manager to join our team at PGPC. The successful candidate will work closely with the Assets team to ensure the reliability, operability, availability, and maintainability of the steam fields' equipment, processes/systems, and people.

The Role
  1. Develops and implements Reliability and Integrity Management Process (RIM) programs, focusing on improved asset performance and reduced costs.
  2. Reviews maintenance philosophies, incorporating Failure Modes & Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) approaches to optimize maintenance strategies.
  3. Analyzes and interprets reliability data, providing actionable insights for reliability improvements and reporting key metrics.
  4. Collaborates with Quality Assurance (QA) to implement inspection/reliability programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  5. Serves as a technical advisor in supporting asset expense and capital projects, emphasizing quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness.
  6. Maintains awareness of OE requirements, engineering codes, and government regulations, applying this knowledge to conduct activities effectively.
  7. Coaches and mentors junior engineers, fostering skill development and competency growth.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Reliability and/or Maintenance Engineering.
  • Familiarity with facilitating Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) and/or Failure Modes & Effect Analysis (FMEA) workshops is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of engineering codes, industry standards, and practices.
  • Process Engineering and Project Engineering experience is beneficial.
  • Willingness to be based in Bay, Laguna.
