Job Title: IT Operations Specialist

About the Job

This is a highly technical role that involves providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as experience working with complex software systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshooting: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Technical Support: Provide expert-level support via phone, email, or chat platforms.
  • Issue Resolution: Develop and implement fixes for recurring issues.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer.
  • Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript tech stack (Node, NestJS, React, Vue), MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar, Cloud Platforms (e.g., AWS), Bitbucket and GitHub CI/CD knowledge, and ability to read logs (e.g., Splunk).
