Facilities Maintenance Coordinator Job Description:

As a Facilities Maintenance Leadman, your role is vital in ensuring the seamless and timely execution of the Preventive Maintenance Schedule for all equipment, guaranteeing their optimal functionality and longevity.

Key Responsibilities:

Precise and Timely Preventive Maintenance: Your primary responsibility involves overseeing the meticulous and timely implementation of the Preventive Maintenance Schedule for all equipment. By conducting thorough maintenance tasks on schedule, you contribute significantly to the reliability and efficiency of the equipment.

Weekly Equipment Inspection: Perform comprehensive weekly inspections and check-ups on all equipment. By diligently assessing each piece of equipment, you help identify potential issues early, allowing for prompt repairs and uninterrupted operations.

Effective Equipment Utilization Monitoring: Closely monitor the implementation of the Equipment Utilization Form. Your vigilant oversight ensures the accurate completion of the form, enabling the tracking and optimization of equipment usage.

Continuous Equipment History Documentation: Regularly monitor and update the Equipment History Record. This ongoing documentation process serves as a valuable repository of equipment maintenance and usage information, facilitating informed decision-making and enabling proactive maintenance measures.

Supervision of Service Implementation: Provide meticulous supervision of both internal and external service implementations. Your active involvement ensures that all services are executed to the highest standards, fostering quality and adherence to established protocols.

Adherence to 5S Methodology: Uphold the principles of the 5S methodology within your respective and assigned areas. By following the practices of Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain, you contribute to organized, clean, and efficient workspaces.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance and equipment management.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance best practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in documentation and record-keeping.
• Familiarity with 5S methodology is a plus.
• Relevant certifications or training in facilities management are advantageous.

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
