Physician Assistant Role

We are seeking a skilled Physician Assistant to work under the supervision of a licensed physician. The ideal candidate must be formally trained to examine patients and diagnose injuries and illnesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor patient messages, respond to inquiries from home care policy and clinic, and document patient notes.
  • Complete all medical notes, ensuring nurses follow up on care and answer routine questions.
  • Accompany healthcare providers during patient encounters and document visit details in real-time.
  • Enter patient medical histories, exam findings, procedures, and treatment plans into the Electronic Health Record (EHR) under the direction of the healthcare provider.
  • Coordinate patient care and communicate with nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure timely and effective care.
  • Maintain confidentiality and privacy of patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Help optimize the patient encounter by ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Work closely with the healthcare team.
  • Attend live rounds with the physician.
  • Perform other related medical tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience working as a doctor, handling adult patients.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills in written and spoken English.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with good problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to treat patients with compassion and empathy.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Available to work US Eastern Standard Time hours.
  • Permanent remote work setup.
  • MUST have a valid medical license.
  • Willing to start immediately.
