Job Description

As an Architect, you will be responsible for developing innovative design concepts and creating architectural drawings.

You will work closely with city planners to integrate permitting processes and ensure compliance with ADA, safety, zoning, and local planning codes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, as well as excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Additionally, you will create 2D and 3D renderings and models using Revit, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Your goal will be to prepare full drawing sets for permit submittal within a timely manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Architecture is required.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are essential.
  • Self-directed and able to work autonomously in a remote environment.
  • Passion for learning and growing architectural knowledge.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop design concepts and prepare architectural drawings.
  2. Integrate permitting processes and work with city planners.
  3. Create 2D and 3D renderings and models using Revit, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  4. Ensure brand consistency across all drawing sets and coordinate engineering plans.
  5. Comply with ADA, safety, zoning, and local planning codes.
  6. Prepare full drawing sets for permit submittal within 3–6 weeks of project start.
