Our Opportunity

We're seeking a strategic HR advisor to join our PH team, driving HR initiatives that support our growth, performance, and objectives. As an HR business partner, you'll work closely with people leaders, developing innovative solutions to business issues. You'll have the chance to define the future of Dexcom PH HR, optimize your development, and grow with our dynamic organization.

Your Responsibilities:

  • You will co-develop people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
  • You will provide timely information and/or education for people leaders on HR topics.
  • You will educate, coach, and partner with leaders on performance management and employee development goals.
  • You will collaborate and align with the various HR teams/COEs to champion various business requirements.
  • You will help build and maintain a strong organizational culture, as well as continuously improve the employee experience.
