Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process, from sourcing to contract management. Key responsibilities include:
  • Preparing and issuing RFP/RFQ documents to obtain proposals and quotations in coordination with project teams.
  • Interface with partners, vendors, and subcontractors for timely submission of proposals and quotations.
  • Making comparisons and analyzing SWOT analysis of each partner, vendor, or subcontractor and reporting to the Project Manager.
  • Preparing draft supply contracts and subcontract agreements and negotiating terms and conditions in coordination with the Project Manager and internal legal representative.
  • Coordinating with procurement teams for internal approval and purchasing order issuance.
  • Planning and coordinating with suppliers on delivery timelines and methodologies, including Incoterms and shipping modes, in alignment with project schedules.
  • Monitoring deliveries from vendors and reporting to the Project Manager if any delays are observed.


A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, economics, or a related field is required, as well as at least 2-4 years of experience in procurement or logistics functions and procedures.
