Own critical incidents related to Websites, Microservices and other business

Job Description:

1. Incident Management 24/7 – Join the incident bridge and coordinate with respective teams to bring the incident till resolution.

2. Understand the issue and business impact, and ask right questions during the incident to bring incident to logical closure.

3. Customer facing role with capability to present the right data/ metrics/ KPI to customer on weekly basis.

4. Work with SRE team, Tech SME and stakeholders to bring service improvements (Process improvement and Automation initiatives).

5. Initiate Impact analysis of the platforms impacted with respective SMEs.

6. Will work closely with different Teams, Tech SMEs and stakeholders.

Skill:

Technical:

1. Good knowledge in MS Azure will be an advance.

2. Exposure to monitoring tools such as Dynatrace/Nagios.

3. Good in MS Excel and reporting.

4. Good exposure to ITIL standards and ability to define / optimize process

Communication:

1. Very good in communication, should be very clear in thought process.

2. Should be able to make client level communications (To Major Client stakeholders) well-articulated.

3. Drive quality documentation and end to end closure on RCA and CAP of Incidents

4. Track patterns of incident and create visibility through data and provide recommendations based on feasibility

Interpersonal skills:

1. Should be proactive with logical reasoning capability.

2. Should be self-driven and go get attitude.

Experience:

1. The ideal candidate should have at the least 7 + years supporting applications hosted in webserver, Monitoring, and application support profile.

2. 4-5 years experience in parallel on engaging on incidents and playing incident manager role for applications.

3. Exposure to project operations/Process Governance

Certification:

ITIL certification
