Role description:

The Credit Control Analyst works together as one team with Credit & Account receivable functions in the region. Ensures compliance with the company's policies and procedures, Health & Safety.

Role accountabilities:

  • Close liason with the Regional Credit Manager and Credit Control team to bring collection issued to resolution;
  • Prepares Demand Letter;
  • Prepares Statement of Account;
  • Update Daily Cash Focus file;
  • Update daily status on portal related clients;
  • Update using excel formulas monthly Working Capital file;
  • Review and assist in resolving unallocated cash receipts and allocations;
  • Update daily remit file;
  • Performs client review through sales cloud and produce D&B credit checks;
  • Produce D&B credit checks on adhoc basis;
  • Review Accounts Receivable Inbox and distribute tasks
  • Performs such other job-related functions that may be assigned from time to time;

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy or any related field in Finance
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience focusing on end to end process of Accounts Receivable ;
  • Knowledgeable in Credit Management and score tools such as Dun & Bradsheet;
  • Exposure in Shared service or Multinational environment is an advantage;
  • Experience with ERP Systems is preferred;
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook, and Word) is required;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Proactive with good interpersonal skills and a committed team player
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and minimal supervision
  • Results-oriented
  • Attention to Detail
