As a Paid Media Analyst, your role involves tracking, analysing, monitoring and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) across digital marketing platforms focused on search engine marketing. You'll provide actionable insights and collaborate with marketing and IT teams to create dashboards and reports.

Responsibilities:

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

  • Regularly track, analyze, monitor and report KPIs like click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROAS.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on performance data.
  • Collaborate with marketing and IT teams to create dashboards and performance reports.

Keyword Research and Optimization:

  • Conduct thorough keyword research for paid search campaigns.
  • Perform keyword analysis, including building lists and analyzing search volume, page clicks, and paid and organic traffic.

Competitor Analysis and Strategy Development:

  • Conduct competitor analysis and study market trends to help the Marketing Team develop strategies to achieve specific business goals.
  • Keep marketing and sales teams informed about ongoing campaigns, suggesting adjustments for maximum revenue generation.

Digital Marketing Metrics and Reporting Framework:

  • Prepare frameworks to track, analyze, and report digital marketing metrics across paid and owned media.
  • Develop templates for monitoring and analyzing campaign and web behavioral data.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Participate in weekly meetings with the Marketing team to review SEM performance.
  • Deliver periodic and ad hoc performance reports.

What We're Looking for:

Experience:

  • At least three years managing paid campaigns on Google, Bing, Facebook, and other search engines.
  • At least three years of hands-on experience with analytics tools: Google Analytics, GA4 Facebook Analytics, GTM, Search Console, Tableau, AHREFS, SEM Rush, Data Studio, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills, including experience in generating data reports.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing and other testing metrics.

Skills:

  • High proficiency in data interpretation and spreadsheet usage (MS Excel and Google Sheets).
  • Strong communication skills, capable of presenting paid search strategy effectively to diverse audiences.

Knowledge:

  • Updated with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing.
