Purpose of the Role

As a Policy Services Associate, you will be in charge of policy maintenance and administration of life insurance policies of Allianz PNB Life specifically benefit administration, endorsements, reinstatement, and other after sales service being processed by Policy Services Team. You will also answer inquiries and requests from clients and distributors.

Responsibilities of the Role

  • Meet service levels standards in facilitating endorsement transactions within agreed TAT.
  • Accurate and timely processing of Information - Compiling, coding, categorizing, calculating, tabulating, auditing, or verifying information or data.
  • Provides customers with accurate information on policy change requests and inquiries.
  • Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
  • Analysis and processing of policy holder requests for amendment, payment, refund, reinstatement, and other change related policy transactions.
  • Provide timely feedback to customers via emails and letters in a consistent and professional manner.
  • Escalates cases according to prescribed escalation process.
  • Takes case ownership and accountability in resolving customer cases.
  • Achieves customer expectations in addressing other concerns resulting in excellent customer service satisfaction.
  • Coordinates with other units in addressing customers' requests and concerns.
  • Works through business-approved process maps.
  • Highly engaged in department specific activities.
  • Timely feedback in answering level 2 transactions inquiries.
  • Provide timely feedback to Customer Service (level 1) colleagues to answer client's inquiries and concerns.
  • Ensure that the shared documentations is well maintained, in order and always updated.

Requirements for the Role

  • Bachelor's Degree holder
  • Proficient in MS EXCEL
  • Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
  • Team player and can easily adapt to a large group.
  • Flexibility to handle other tasks outside regular assignments.
  • Customer-oriented
  • Displays strong decision-making skills.
  • Exhibits sense of urgency & ownership.
  • Compliant to project-specific requirements.
  • Willingness to engage oneself in 'ad hoc-related tasks'.
  • Customer-focused
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Communication Skills (oral and written)
  • Knowledge of products, services, and processes
  • Analytical skills
  • Ability to handle simple to complex transactions.
