Human Resources Assistant

The HR Assistant will work closely and provide indispensable support to the HR Administrator and other team members to deliver efficient and effective HR services. This position is pivotal in managing onboarding processes, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring efficient contract setup.
Areas of Responsibility
- Managing, creating, and refining pre-onboarding, onboarding, and offboarding processes for employees.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees by managing onboarding materials, conducting presentations, and serving as a primary point of contact for inquiries.
- Coordinate with Line Managers to ensure adherence to offboarding procedures and accurate last-pay computations for departing employees.
- Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, attendance, and leave requests
- Process activation and removal of access across all tools related to new hires, terminations, promotions, and transfers accurately and on time.
- Oversee employee benefit programs, handle inquiries, facilitate enrollment, and ensure clear communication regarding available benefits to aid employees in understanding and utilizing their benefits effectively.
- Provide support in performance management processes, including coordinating performance reviews, tracking appraisal deadlines, and ensuring timely completion of performance-related tasks.
- Collaborate with HR Admin to document employee misconduct, support disciplinary meetings, ensure confidentiality and legal compliance, record, monitor, and maintain progress, and aid in line managers on disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution.
- Continuously develop and refine HR processes to boost efficiency and effectiveness, conducting regular reviews and implementing enhancements where needed.
- Efficiently resolve operational issues within the HR team, while also aiding in the coordination of HR activities and employee engagement initiatives.
- Handle various tasks including answering employees' queries and email responses, serving as a reliable point of contact for employees, and offering diligent guidance on HR-related concerns.
- The HR Assistant must consistently ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, staying abreast of regulatory changes to guarantee adherence to legal requirements.
What we are looking for...
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a must.
- Proven experience in HR-related roles, and knowledge of HR processes and procedures.
- Proficiency in Monday.com, HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems), and other relevant software is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proactive behavior, adaptability, and ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
