Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Eastwood City for a Membership Consultant at Fitness First Philippines. The Membership Consultant will be responsible for generating leads, handling inquiries, providing sales tours, and closing deals. The Membership Consultant will also ensure excellent customer service and maintain relationships with members to retain business.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge of the fitness industry or experience working in a fitness-related field is a plus
