Responsibilities:

Booking and Reservations:

  • Utilize your expertise in travel platforms (e.g., Expedia, Travelocity) to book flights, accommodations, and other travel-related services.
  • Coordinate with vendors to secure reservations and ensure smooth travel arrangements.

Itinerary Planning:

  • Create detailed travel itineraries for clients, incorporating their preferences and ensuring a seamless travel experience.
  • Research and provide recommendations for activities, attractions, and dining options at various destinations.

Customer Support:

  • Respond promptly to client inquiries, offering assistance and guidance throughout the travel planning process.
  • Address and resolve any issues that may arise during or after the travel period.

Documentation and Organization:

  • Manage travel documents, ensuring they are accurate, up-to-date, and delivered to clients in a timely manner.
  • Maintain organized records of client preferences, travel history, and other relevant information.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience as a Travel Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
  2. Familiarity with travel booking platforms and reservation systems.
  3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  6. Passion for travel and a customer-centric mindset.
