Promo Exchange Inc is a company that handles below-the-line projects and events/activations anywhere in the Philippines. They handle on-ground and online events all year round.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Makati for an Accounting Associate. The Accounting Associate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing and verifying invoices and receipts, preparing financial statements, and creating journal entries. The Accounting Associate will also be responsible for analyzing financial information and supporting other financial activities as needed.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of finance principles
  • Experience in using accounting software and MS Excel
  • Knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Knowledge of Philippine Accounting Standards and Regulations
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Fresh graduate is welcome to apply

Relevant accounting certifications (e.g. CPA, CMA) are a plus.
