Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Membership Consultant located in FitnessFirst Platinum Trinoma, Quezon City. The Membership Consultant will be responsible for daily tasks related to membership sales, customer service, and communication.

They will engage with prospective members, provide information about membership options, handle inquiries, conduct sales presentations, and ensure a positive experience throughout the membership process.

  • Membership Sales and Sales skills
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to effectively engage with potential members and build relationships
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Experience in the fitness or hospitality industry is preferred
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude towards fitness and wellness
