Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Engineer who will play a critical role in our sales process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, supply chain, e-commerce, or transportation, with a deep understanding of the software lifecycle. This position involves working closely with potential customers to understand their needs, demonstrating our cloud-based software solutions, and effectively communicating the value proposition to convert prospects into customers.

Responsibilities:

· Engage with potential customers to understand their business needs and challenges.

Provide technical and functional demonstrations of our cloud-based software to prospects.

Explain the features, benefits, and value of our solutions in relation to the customer's specific requirements.

Assist in the preparation of proposals, responses to RFPs, and other pre-sales documentation.

Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities and strategize on how to close deals.

Offer technical consultancy and support during the pre-sales process, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and our software capabilities.

Work under pressure to meet sales targets and deadlines.

Requirements:

More than 3 years of experience in the logistics, supply chain, e-commerce, or transportation industry, or a similar area.

Solid understanding of the software lifecycle.

Programming background is highly desirable.

Experience in software pre-sales support is preferred.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and in fast-paced environments.

Proactive and customer-focused approach, with a track record of successfully converting potential leads into customers.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience in a similar role within the relevant industries.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.

Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
