About the role:

As an SEO Manager, you will be responsible for organising and overseeing the planning and purchasing requirements for production and will need to be able to work autonomously. You will be working closely with the internal team and external stakeholders. This is a Full time position and you will be working us Australian Eastern Standard Time.

The salary for this role is ranging $1200-$1400 AUD per month. (Please use local currency). We are flexhive, part of the Hudson Group. We are looking for a talented SEO & Digital Marketing Manager with a hands-on approach to production responsibilities. This role requires handling a portfolio of key clients, developing strong relationships, and spearheading digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of SEO best practices and a proven track record in delivering high-quality digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy:

Implement effective SEO strategies and techniques, including both on-page and off-page SEO.

Social Media Marketing:

Implement and manage comprehensive social media marketing campaigns.

PPC Marketing:

Implement and manage PPC marketing campaigns.

Project Management:

Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality digital marketing services.

Team Coordination:

Delegate tasks to the production team and manage workflow to meet targets and deadlines.

Client Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key clients, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

Must have held the same or similar role in an agency or marketing role and have at least 3 years experience with the same responsibilities.

Must have experience with Project Management software, Asana preferable (or similar).

MUST HAVES

Must be able to strategise and execute every component of an SEO campaign to achieve positive growth results.

Must be constantly following leaders in the industry and learning new techniques and changes.

Must have sound backlink strategy experience and ability to execute for any type of client.

Must have ability to conceptualise, strategise and execute production of quality content.

Must have held the same or similar role in an agency or marketing role and have at least 3 years experience with the same responsibilities.

Must have experience with Project Management software, Asana preferable (or similar).

Must be able to prove all of the above skills with evidence of copy writing, courses completed and campaign achievements.

Must have some experience coordinating Social and PPC Campaigns.
