Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Support Representative at Accelevents. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This includes troubleshooting technical issues, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and collaborating with other teams to resolve issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- Customer Support and Customer Service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Patience and empathy in dealing with customer inquiries
- Previous experience in a customer support role is a plus
- Knowledge of event management software is a plus
- Must be based in the Philippines
