The Human Resources Officer is expected to be knowledgeable with employment legislation and will be responsible for administering the payroll activities and benefits administration.

The role will report to Human Resources Manager.

Job responsibilities:

A. Performance Management:

- Assists the HR Manager in the implementation of the Performance Management system/processes

- Coordinates with Managers, Supervisors and Leads annual performance evaluation

- Monitors and follow-ups Departmentâs compliance with the requirements for SMART Goal and KPIs

- Consolidate and assist in summarizing information needed for annual merit increase, KPI and promotion

B. Compensation and Benefits:

- Monitors and collects necessary data from employees to be compliant with benefits processing

and filing with government agencies wherever applicable

- Handles complex queries, processing and escalations related to benefits and liaise with

government agencies to properly address the issue and avoid repetition.

- Assist the HR Manager in obtaining information and understanding statutory benefits and requirements

- Prepares and manages knowledge transfer on all statutory requirements related to benefits and

payroll for the team by conducting training and documenting processes and operating procedures.

C. HR Data and System:

- Supports the automation HR processes / reports

D. Payroll:

- Process payroll

- Validation and preparation of all government reports (including reconciliation and posting of government in the system)

- In charge of validation and confirmation on completeness and correctness of employee govât numbers (including registration of R1 (for SSS), registration if no govt numbers)

- Prepare EPS data for payroll processing

- Accountable to all staff payroll related queries

- Remind and ensure employees follow proper AEF Filing, OB filing (without log-out/new hires), update/tag separated employees

Experience and Education:

- Bachelorâs Degree in Psychology, Industrial Relations or any related field

- Excellent communication (verbal & written) skills and people oriented.

- Meticulous, well-organized and able to work in a team environment.

- Able to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.

- At least with experience working in a multinational company & manufacturing environment.

- Demonstrated capability in Innovation, Transformation, Commitment to Quality and Customer Centric

- Self-motivated with attitude, passion, and energy in abundance

- Ability to deal with ambiguity.
