Position Title: Regional Security Officer

Job Summary:

The Regional Security Officer shall function as Action Officer and perform Administrative, Operational, and Investigative task in the regional level. Direct and supervise Security Service Providers(SSP) and its respective Group Commander assigned in his Area of Responsibility(AOR). He is responsible in ensuring that the Bank's security policies and procedures in accordance with the laws and policies enforced by the Banko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) are being observed by the employees, its contractors and clients thru the directive and supervision of the Head, Security Operations and Head, Physical Security Management Department.

Role Exposure:

  • Improve your leadership skills by supervising Security Service Providers
  • Get to engage with various units most especially in Branches
  • Enhance your understanding on BSP security policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 5 years supervisory experience in security administration and operations
  • Preferably with Security Agency and Corporate Security background
  • Police or military experience is an advantage
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office applications
