And you’ll do this in creative workspaces where new insights thrive and where your technical knowledge is recognized and rewarded.The OpportunityThe Identity and Access Management (IAM) organization provides secure, coordinated, enterprise-wide IAM Services to enable efficient and effective protection of P&G information assets, aligned with business needs. The IAM Ping Services Level 3 Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day operational activities of PING Services such as PingID, PingFederate, and PingAccess. This role is also responsible for implementing ITIL-based problem and incident management processes for Ping Identity tools and services either in a critical issue capacity or through owning the activities of Level 2 Operations Analysts to whom problems or incidents are assigned for investigation and resolution.Position ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain documentations used by Ping Operations team (e.g. SOPs, etc)Support in Incident Management process through advanced troubleshooting. Drive Problem Management by leading Root cause analysis and action planning on Problem RecordsWork with Engineering in Change Management by providing support in the implementation of ChangesParticipate in capacity assessment and planning, and the development of long-term strategic goals for systems and software in conjunction with the leadership team.Participate in negotiations with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors to secure software products and services.Provide input and requirements during process and control design by IAM Delivery.Supply to defining Ping Services service levels, Key Performance Indicators and metrics as co-lead by the IAM Operations Manager and IAM Service Delivery/Product teamRecommend, test, schedule, and perform software and hardware improvements, upgrades, patches, reconfigurations, server backups, and server hardening.Work closely with the Product/Service and Engineering team in delivering the roadmap of projects for Ping Service e.g. Upgrades, Security patches, Enhancements/New Features, etc.Willing to periodically work on weekends or holidays to support critical issues or implement major changesThe Ideal CandidateIs passionate about IT Security.Ability to identify recurring issues, propose the efficient technical solution, gain alignment on the solution, and implement the changes.Trouble shoot issues spanning multiple disciplines (e.g., Ping, Networks, Directories, etc.).Can work independently and as a team to capture requirements and translate into solutionsHas the ability to multitask and prioritize, work on multiple projects and lead time effectively.Can professionally provide customer-facing support.
