Job description
Identify and analyze inventory variances based on physical count results
Responsible for reconciling and investigating inventory variances, which includes auditing system accuracy through document verification and investigating potential pilferage by reviewing CCTV footage.
Prepare comprehensive audit reports detailing findings from inventory reconciliation and variance investigations.
Escalate issues related to non-compliance with inventory control procedures to the appropriate stakeholders.
Possess a strong understanding of inventory management guidelines and SOPs, and ensure their consistent implementation and compliance across all Growsari warehouses.
Perform inventory transfers, adjustments, and corrections in inventory management system
Requirements:

Willingness to travel and conduct inventory audits at our warehouses across the Philippines as needed
High attention to detail
2 -3 years background as an internal or external auditor with focus on warehousing, logistics, or e-commerce industry
Ability to work on deadlines, under pressure
Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
Proficient in Excel and G-sheets
