Project Manager

Job Description:
An experienced and results-driven Projects Manager to lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of various projects across the organization. The Projects Manager will be responsible for managing resources, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with company growth goals. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, as well as a solid understanding of project management methodologies and local regulations in the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the full project lifecycle: from concept development, feasibility analysis, planning, execution, and completion.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, cost estimation, and risk management.
Coordinate internal teams, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation.
Monitor and control project performance using KPIs and project management tools.
Ensure compliance with local laws, safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
Prepare and present regular project reports, updates, and documentation to senior management.
Manage and resolve project risks, conflicts, or issues as they arise.
Ensure quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
Evaluate and close projects, ensuring proper documentation, financial reconciliation, and post-project reviews.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
Professional License (PRC) for engineers is a strong advantage.
Project Management certification such as PMP®, PRINCE2®, Agile/Scrum or equivalent is preferred.
Minimum 5–8 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Proven track record of delivering medium to large-scale projects in the Philippines.
Experience in handling project budgets, contract negotiations, and third-party coordination.

Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Project Libre, etc)
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Cebuano, and Filipino.
Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of Philippine labor laws, safety codes, procurement, and construction standards (if applicable).
Willing work at Medina, Misamis Oriental for extended hours when necessary.
