Job Title: MARKETING SUPERVISOR

As we continue to expand, we are on the lookout for a passionate and innovative Marketing Supervisor to lead our marketing efforts and help us make a lasting impact in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and implement marketing plans to promote the clinic's services and increase patient volume.

• Ensure consistent branding across all platforms, including digital, print, and in-clinic materials.

• Identify and establish partnerships with corporations, insurance providers, and organizations for employee wellness programs or exclusive clinic services.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, ensuring excellent customer service and loyalty.

• Oversee online marketing campaigns, social media, email marketing, and offline efforts such as events and community outreach.

• Design and produce marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, social media graphics, and promotional content.

• Analyze market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities for the clinic.

• Implement strategies to attract potential patients and convert inquiries into actual visits.

• Plan and execute marketing events, sponsorships, and patient engagement programs.

• Track marketing effectiveness through analytics, ROI assessments, and feedback from patients.

• Lead and mentor the marketing team, ensuring smooth coordination with the operations and sales departments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

• At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a clinic, hospital, or healthcare setting.

• Proven track record in establishing business partnerships, corporate tie-ups, or health and wellness collaborations.

• Strong experience in handling client relationships, addressing concerns, and ensuring patient satisfaction.

• Familiarity with healthcare marketing strategies, sales techniques, and promotional campaigns.

• Experience in designing and producing marketing materials using graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar platforms.

• Knowledge of social media marketing, SEO, online advertising, and email marketing tools.

• Experience in supervising a marketing team and collaborating with different departments.

• Ability to develop innovative marketing ideas to attract and retain patients.

• Ability to interpret marketing data, measure campaign success, and present reports to management.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for presentations, sales pitches, and public relations.
