Job Summary:

Responsible for the inspection, maintenance, repair, and servicing of air-conditioning and refrigeration units. This role ensures that all HVAC systems operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company standards and environmental policies.

What you’ll do:
• Perform routine inspections on all HVAC units at least once every two weeks and inform FM of findings.
• Carry out monthly cleaning and performance checks of split-type and packaged units by the end of each month.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues within 24–48 hours of service request issuance.
• Complete 100% of corrective maintenance tasks within the defined repair timeline agreed with the Facilities Manager
• Ensure 100% compliance with safety standards, refrigerant handling protocols, and environmental policies during all maintenance and repair activities.
• Respond to HVAC emergencies within 1-2 hours during on-call shifts.
• Assist with installation of new air-conditioning units as scheduled, and ensure systems are tested and commissioned within 1 working day of setup.
• Tasks are not limited only to plumbing, all maintenance technicians will work on all assigned corrective maintenance tasks.

Performance Metrics (KPIs):
• ≥ 95% on-time completion of inspection and PM tasks
• 100% accurate and updated tool/parts inventory every 2 weeks
• ≤ 2 delayed emergency responses per quarter
• 100% compliance with safety and environmental regulations
• At least 1 system improvement proposal submitted per quarter
• 100% of service logs completed by end of each shift

Requirements:
• Technical/Vocational Diploma or Certification in Refrigeration, Air‑Conditioning, or related fields.
• At least 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in air‑conditioning service and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment, electrical connections, and refrigerant handling.
• Ability to read equipment manuals, drawings, and wiring diagrams.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations related to air‑conditioning and refrigeration.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and emergencies as needed.

Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php21,000.00 per month
