Customer Service US/EU Inbound Call Specialist

Pasig City, Philippines Loctek Ergonomic Technology Corp. Full time

Outbound and inbound: answer all incoming inquiries from customers of Flexispot, Loctek, Fleximounts, and other products related to the company. You will undergo product-specific training to equip you with knowledge about the company's products and services being offered to customers. This will be facilitated by Loctek employees from China for a specific period of time in accordance with the terms specified by the company. During the training, you are expected to: study and learn about different types of Loctek product lines. Take the examination or test necessary to assess your learning. Be productive at all times, performing the jobs specified herewith.


Answer all email correspondence in SPS, and Flexispot email, and answer customer inquiries and their issues regarding products and other services. You will also create your own email account as a backup in case our system is down on the main server.


Send email communication to prospective customers to introduce Loctek products. (The email format will be checked by the trainers since it should follow the standard format approved by the company.)


Make follow-up calls to attract the interest of prospective customers in buying Loctek products. Process sales for customers using the company's internal platforms, such as RTX, and other applications provided by the company. After the sale, you are expected to follow up with customers after the sale has been placed to ensure they are satisfied with the product acquired from Loctek. Encourage customers to write a review based on their experience with the product.

Handle issues and complaints in a courteous and professional manner (voice and email support). Help the company achieve its objectives and revenue goals. You should be able to meet and exceed the goals and KPIs provided to you.


Participate in cross-functional teams to execute marketing plans and strategies.
