Position Overview:
We are seeking a versatile Senior Digital Marketing & Content Specialist with a strong focus on digital marketing and content creation. This role is responsible for driving lead generation efforts, managing social media and email marketing, and producing compelling content to enhance the company’s online presence. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the Marketing and Business Development teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Campaign Management:

Develop and implement lead generation strategies, including paid and organic campaigns across digital platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
Create, manage, and optimize ad campaigns to maximize engagement, increase reach, and achieve lead generation goals.
Continuously monitor and refine campaign performance based on data analysis to improve results.
Content Development:

Produce high-quality content for social media platforms, blogs, newsletters, and other digital channels.
Design and develop engaging visuals (e.g., graphics, videos) that effectively communicate key messages.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all content.
Social Media Management:

Create platform-specific content for social media channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies to enhance audience engagement.
Ensure all content is aligned with the brand’s voice and values.
Email Marketing:

Plan and execute targeted email marketing campaigns.
Create content for newsletters and promotional emails, tailoring messages to specific audience segments.
Analyze email campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Support for Marketing Campaigns:

Contribute to the creation of marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency across digital channels such as social media, email, and the website.
Work with the marketing team to develop innovative campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead generation.
SEO Strategy and Website Management:

Lead SEO efforts to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
Regularly update and optimize website content following SEO best practices.
Collaborate with web developers on technical SEO improvements.
Reporting and Analytics:

Utilize analytics tools to monitor the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
Generate reports on key performance metrics and provide actionable insights for future campaigns.
Present findings to management to inform strategic decisions.
Internal Support:

Assist various departments with content-related tasks and provide support for internal communications initiatives.
Support content-driven employee engagement activities.
Ad Hoc Tasks:

Provide additional support for content creation and marketing initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in digital marketing and content creation, with expertise in lead generation, ad campaign management, and SEO.
Experience in social media management, email marketing, and content development.
Proficiency in managing paid ads on social media platforms and Google Ads.
Strong writing, editing, and graphic design skills, with a creative approach to content creation.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with marketing platforms (e.g., Zoho Marketing Plus) is an advantage.
