Accounting Staff

Job Responsibilities:
Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department,
Knowledgeable in Inventory Management, Material Monitoring and Reporting
Reconciling and reporting any discrepancies found in the records,
Maintaining a database, ensuring that records are complete and current,
Provide assistance and support to company personnel,
Producing a variety of reports including income statements and balance sheets
Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Qualifications and skills:
Fresh Graduates or Recent Graduates of Accountancy or equivalent work experience,
Preferably with 1 year exposure in Accounting will be an advantage, but not required
Trainable, Teamplayer and Well organized,
Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures,
Competency in MS Office, databases and accounting software,
Can work with minimum supervision
Willing to work in Santa Rosa, Laguna area
