Job Title: Manager/Sr Manager Sales (BPO Services)

Qualification: MBA/PGDBM/BBM with any specialisation areas across Sales/Marketing stream with 4-5-years of relevant work experience for Managers and 5-8 years for Sr.Manager, in selling BPM services within the industry segments mentioned above within Manila, Philippines.

Location: Manila
Salary Range; 80k to 125k PHP

Role Purpose: Would you like to own developing and managing relationships with corporates across BFS, Retail, Healthcare, Automotive, manufacturing conglomerates influencing decision making towards progressive BPM Solutions? Do you have the business savvy, the technical insight, relationship development skills, and the background necessary to mesh with the BPM ecosystem and to help further establish the Company as the leader in the BPM Space in Manila? We are looking for Business Development profiles across the band to work with our innovative and forward thinking circle of clientele.
As a business development professional, you will have the exciting opportunity to help shape and deliver on a strategy to build mind share and broad use company product portfolios and its features amongst the potential clients within the target market.

Key Skills:
Your responsibilities will include identifying appropriate target accounts, driving the necessary business development activities through strategic and technical relationships.
Maintain & establish new business potential in the existing accounts, and to work closely with the support teams to drive the day-to-day interactions in order to build long-term business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will possess both a business background that enables them to drive engagement and interact with senior stakeholders as well as influencer circle within the client fraternity,
He/she should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions.
A keen sense of ownership, drive, and grit is a must. Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results. Ability to effectively lead and work with a variety of client organizations, management levels, cultures, and personalities. •

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES •
Serve as a key member of the Company market facing team in manila in helping drive overall market and business development strategy.
Execute the strategic business development plan while working with key internal stakeholders (e. g. commercial team, Pre-sales teams, marketing, legal, support, etc•)
Handle a high volume of engagements and the fast paced activities within new Biz Dev environment. Experience within account management and solution selling ability across BFSI, healthcare, Retail, Hospitality, Manufacturing etc with relevant technical knowledge would be preferred.
