Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at Everise Isabela, you will assist customers of global and local clients by providing friendly, accurate, and professional support via phone, email, or chat. You will help with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.

This is an entry-level opportunity with complete training provided — perfect for fresh graduates, career shifters, or first-time BPO applicants who want to build a career without relocating to Metro Manila.


Key Responsibilities
Answer customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat in a professional manner
Provide accurate information about products, services, and accounts
Assist customers with billing concerns, troubleshooting, or order processing
Handle customer complaints with empathy and resolve issues efficiently
Record and update customer details correctly in the system
Work with your team to meet service and performance targets
Ensure excellent customer experience in every interaction

Qualifications
At least Senior High School Graduate (old curriculum HS graduates also welcome)
Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
Basic computer knowledge and ability to navigate multiple systems
Willing to work onsite at Everise Isabela
Fresh graduates and career shifters are highly encouraged to apply
Prior BPO or customer service experience is an advantage but not required
